Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased through the Structure Shelf (structure.osisis.com). Fractional and as-a-service consulting engagements with Osisis are governed separately, by the terms of that engagement.

1. Overview

All Structure Shelf products are digital downloads — templates, frameworks, and tools delivered instantly upon purchase. Checkout, payment processing, and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

2. The nature of digital products

Because Structure Shelf products are delivered electronically and give you immediate, unrestricted access to the full file, they can’t be “returned” in the way a physical product can — once downloaded, the product has been fully delivered.

3. General policy: all sales are final

Given the instant and unrestricted nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, purchasing the wrong product by mistake, or simply deciding a product isn’t the right fit after downloading it. We encourage you to review each product’s description carefully before purchasing, and to reach out with questions beforehand if anything is unclear.

4. When we will issue a refund

We will issue a refund or make it right in the following situations:

  • Technical defects — the file is corrupted, won’t open, or is missing content described in the listing
  • Broken delivery — the download link fails and we’re unable to get you a working copy within a reasonable time
  • Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
  • Materially not as described — the product is substantially different from what was described in its listing

Refund requests for these reasons must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

5. How to request a refund

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days. Where the issue can be resolved by re-sending a working file, we’ll do that first; where a refund is the right outcome, we’ll process it from there.

6. Refund method & timeframe

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we’re able to resolve most issues directly and faster than a chargeback process allows.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
